Congrats
Article posted on Friday, June, 29th, 2007 at 12:04 pmI just wanted to say congratulations to a couple of professional athletes!! I know they’ll be reading this! Ha ha!! Congratulations to Craig Biggio for getting his 3,000th career hit last night. There have been times in the past when I wished you would just fall off the face of the earth, but I must admit that is a great achievement. If Craig does not get elected into the baseball Hall of Fame it will be a crime! I would also like to congratulate former Texas A&M point guard Acie Law IV on being selected in the first round of the NBA draft last night. It’s too bad you got drafted by such a horrible team, the Atlanta Hawks. Perhaps having a leader and competitor like you on the team will lead them to the promised land.
I would also like to send my condolences to the fans of the Seattle Super Sonics. Their team selected Kevin Durant from Longhorn university last night. This guy is a pathetic excuse for a professional athlete; he can’t even bench press his own weight. ESPN’s Stuart Scott interviewed wimpy boy last night and asked him “What did you learn during your one year at Texas?” He gave a well rehearsed response about how he blah, blah, blah. Come on Kevin, the only thing you learned was advanced bong usage and doobie rolling skills!!
