Revision

I just talked to Annabelle’s dance teacher — she starts pre-ballet tomorrow. Just talking about her in a class and what she’ll be doing … I walked out the door and burst into tears. I’m so happy she’s healthy and wonderful and smart and growing, but the thought that she&’s ready for a class alone makes me want to cry again and again. Happy tears and sad ones.

Then I got in the car and “Funky Cold Medina” was on and I burst into some mixture of tears and laughter.
