Revision

I was making lunch for Andy and Annabelle — and Annabelle wanted something RIGHT NOW! So we gave her a pickle slice (she loves them) and Andy said, “here’s your appetizer.”

Annabelle started snacking on it, took a few bites and exclaimed, “Broken! I broke my appetizer! My appetizer is broken.”

It was HILARIOUS.

Kelly, Andy and I played Gauntlet for way too long tonight. Once Andy fell asleep the battle raged on with Kelly as the Sorceress and me as the Archer. For the record, I want to say: Nobody can bring out the 13-year-old in you like your sibling. She was calling me out, telling me I wasn’t fair and I thought I was playing very fair. After a while, it was just a free-for-all, despite the fact that Gauntlet is a quest embarked upon by Us (human players) against Them (computer-generated bad guys). No mercy! Ha ha! :-)
