Today Annabelle told me “I want …” For the longest time everything was “I need …”

E.g. “I need something.” (pronounced “sumptin'”)

Now it’s “want.” I am amazed at how fast she is learning and growing up.

Lots of thoughts on MJ. But it’s mostly about his kids. I feel sad, not because he is dead — the MJ I loved when I was a kid ceased to exist a long time ago. It’s more about the cult of celebrity and sycophants and evil doctors and cruel journalists and opportunists. I’ll just leave it at that.

The Kaat came out to play today. She also found out that the “skirt” she’d tried on last week was actually a … wait for it … sleeveless top! Miss Gigi and I laughed like crazy when I told her how I thought it was such a cute skirt, but it was too short!
