Revision

I just got home from dropping my brother-in-law off at the airport, so I thought I’d make a quick post. The night owl in me, just can’t miss the chance to spend a few quiet moments in the still of the rapidly waning moments before dawn.

As I alluded to, we have family in town right now. Like I said, Dan just left; but Andy’s sisters are here and so are our two nieces and two nephews. Having them here has really driven home a point for me: I am much lonelier than I acknowledge or comprehend on a daily basis. I’ve really enjoyed their company.

Annabelle is growing like crazy. She’s already eating more and, as Andy touched on in his last post, she does new things everyday. I can already feel oncoming sadness as I realize that she’s not going to be a baby for too much longer! I really need to learn how to better live in the moment. I suppose that’s a lesson the vast majority of us need to be taught.

Anyway, I need to try to catch a few Zzzzzs. So I will leave you with…
